Project Overview

Manual data entry and repetitive confirmation calls were creating a massive bottleneck in Milenow’s logistics operations. As the volume of shipments grew, the operational overhead threatened to stall their growth.

We deployed an Agentic AI Voice Bot designed to act as a digital employee. Unlike standard IVRs, this system uses Python orchestration and Twilio AI to conduct natural conversations with vendors and drivers, capturing data and updating their ERP system in real-time.
