For Sheranwala Group, rapid expansion led to a fragmented digital landscape. Disconnected systems for HR, Finance, and Assets created dangerous data silos, making it impossible for leadership to get a clear, accurate picture of organizational health.
We built a custom Centralized ERP that serves as the single source of truth for the entire organization. Leveraging React JS for a dynamic interface and Node.js for a high-concurrency backend, we unified disparate workflows into one real-time system. Hosted on AWS, the platform ensures that from the warehouse to the boardroom, every department is looking at the same data.
